What's going on?

Has it really been almost two years?

Here's an update, in case anyone is interested:

On the down side:
- Since last post, I disastrously added VitaFiber into my recipes as a second fiber source. I did so because, in general, variety seems to be a good idea, and I was concerned about over-using the Benefiber. Turns out that VitaFiber is actually digested directly, making it caloric and NOT the "prebiotic" I thought it was.
